Sunday September 12th has been designated as our “Rally Day”. The three education ministries (adult, youth and children) will be presenting their Sunday school programs (JAM-time for the children) between the early and late services. Each ministry area will supply their own refreshments in their designated areas: Youth in the loft, Children in Kids Kingdom and Adult in the Narthex. The Youth and Children’s program will be presented beginning at 9:30. The Adult program will be presented in the Sanctuary about 20 minutes later to give the parents of the children and youth a chance to hear information from the other programs. The adult program will only take about 15 minutes. Adult coffee hour will run continuously from the end of the early service to about 10:30.
All ministries at HOPE are invited to participate in the ministry fair to take place during this Rally Day. Each ministry is encouraged to set up a small display (at most a tri-fold display board) explaining the purpose of their ministry, share photos, and offer ways to get involved. Small tables will be provided for the displays, which may or may not have a representative of their group present.
